Aching Body Bath Soak
Blend the essential oils together and set aside. Mix the 2 salts together. Add the essential oil blend 1 – 2 drops at a time. Use a fork to mash out any lumps. Store in a glass jar.
To use, add 3 tablespoons to a warm bath and soak for 20 – 30 minutes.
Skin Soothing Oat Bath
3 tablespoons rolled oats
1 tablespoon dried chamomile flowers
1 tablespoon dried calendula flowers
1 tablespoon dried lavender buds
Mix together and tie up in a cheesecloth or organza bag. Drop in the bath water.
Lavender Luxury Bath Salts
125 grams epsom salt
75 grams fine sea salt
1.5 tablespoons ground lavender buds
Method: Mix all ingredients together and store in a jar. This is enough for 2 – 3 baths.
