Fresh Avocado Scrub

Ingredients:
¼ cup cane sugar
½ cup mashed avocado
2 tablespoons apricot kernel oil

Mix all ingredients together and use immediately.

Banana Body Scrub for Sensitive Skin

Ingredients:
1 ripe organic banana
1 tablespoon powdered milk
1 tablespoon organic oatmeal
2 teaspoons organic honey
3 drops Roman Chamomile essential oil

Mash the banana, then mix together with the powdered milk and oatmeal. Add in the honey and Roman Chamomile essential oil. Use the entire amount right away.

Gentle Body Mask for Sensitive Skin

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Kaolin (French White) Clay
1 teaspoon finely ground Chamomile flowers
2 tablespoons distilled water
1 tablespoon Calendula oil
10 drops Neroli essential oil

Blend the clay and ground chamomile together.  Add the distilled water and mix well, then add the Calendula oil and Neroli essential oil.  Apply to your arms, legs, and abdomen and chest area.  Leave on for 25 – 30 minutes, and then shower.

Lavender Salt Scrub

Ingredients:
1 cup sea salt
¼ cup almond oil
1 cup dried lavender buds
6 drops lavender essential oil

Mix the salt and dried lavender buds together, then add the almond oil and lavender essential oil. Mix well and spoon into a jar.

Sweet Orange & Brown Sugar Scrub

Ingredients:
15 drops sweet orange essential oil
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup cane sugar
¼ cup white sugar
5 tablespoons avocado oil

Blend all sugars together, then add the avocado oil one tablespoon at a time, mixing thoroughly after each tablespoon. Add the sweet orange essential oil to the mixture, stir well and spoon into a jar.
