Here’s a great massage oil recipe to help you fight cellulite:
40 drops Geranium essential oil
20 drops Lemon essential oil
10 drops Rosemary essential oil
5 drops Ginger essential oil
60 ml Sweet Almond oil
50 ml Apricot Kernel oil
10 ml Carrot Infused oil
Blend all essential oils together using a small beaker or a shot glass. Blend vegetable oils together. Add essential oils to the vegetable oil blend and pour into a glass bottle. Massage into area twice a day for 30 days, then 2 – 3 times per week for maintenance.
NOTE: dry brushing the area first will increase blood circulation and accelerate the treatment.
Here’s another recipe that’s effective for PMS (premenstrual syndrome):
3 drops Geranium essential oil
2 drops Roman Chamomile essential oil
1 drop Sweet Marjoram essential oil
5 ml Evening Primrose oil
Blend essential oils together and add to the Evening Primrose. Massage over lower abdominal area in a clockwise direction. Repeat 2 – 3 times a day if symptoms are severe.
